Pakistan Association of Petroleum Geoscientists (PAPG) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) are organizing their Joint Annual Technical Conference (ATC) on October 3rd to 5th at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. In line with this theme, the conference will include an Oil Industry Show with booths from the service sector, allied entities, E&P companies & Universities. This will be the 2nd oil show in Pakistan and will provide a unique platform to the suppliers and users of services and products related to the petroleum industry, to come together. This Show will be held in the Convention center with state of art modern and temperature controlled environment. This is a purpose built facility for International ministerial & high level conferences with full security cover at a strategic location.

• There are only 50 stalls available and allotment will be made on first come first serve basis. Deadline for registration is September 22, 2003.

• Application form must be accompanied with full payment in advance. Please make payment by crossed cheque or bank draft payable to: PAPG-SPE-ATC-OIL SHOW

• Applications without payment will not be entertained.

• Charges include rental for three days, electricity and security expenses.

• Each stallholder would be allowed to have a maximum of 2 persons to administer the stall.

• As this show is being held at CDA property all rules and regulations by Pakistan Federal Government and District Administration will apply on all participants without any exceptions.

• Stallholders will be responsible to administer and secure their stalls by themselves. ATC management will be responsible for overall security of the Oil Show.

• In case of multiple stalls the attendants will increase respectively (2 persons per stall).

Stall Dimensions:

It is our great pleasure to inform you that we have an assortment of two types of stalls on the basis of size, if you intend to display your  merchandise/equipment. The measurements/specifications of the stalls are given below.

Internet Facility:

There is an option of having an internet connection in your stall to keep you connected to the world.

Outdoor Facilities:

Limited Outdoor spaces are available for placement of heavy equipment (logging trucks, motors, Christmas trees, small derricks, completion equipment etc). Kindly contact the undersigned for further details.

Main Auditorium:

The main auditorium has 350 seats for VIPs and delegates. It has a capacity of 1650 persons with un-obstructed line-of-sight to the arena, the stage and projection screen in front.

Comfortable chambers have been provided behind the stage area for conferences. The main VIP lounge is located in the main foyer, with comfortable and exclusively designed furniture. It has refreshment counters, a large chandelier, decorative ceiling and granite floor.

There are 24 offices mainly at the ground floor including an operation room with conference table for 12 persons. There are eight conference/committee rooms available inside the convention center.

Media Facilities:

A press center/media common room is situated at second floor of the main gallery, which has lounging seats for 100 media personals and counters for telefax, telex, data transfer, photocopy and other communication facilities along with refreshment corner.
