write down name of his/her Association/Society with Membership

Those
of you who are registered and scheduled to attend the subject Conference
are requested to register themselves either on Nov. 01 (from 10:00
am until 12:00 pm mid-night) or Nov. 02, 2002 (7:00 to 11:00 am
morning),

from the registration desk at Serena Hotel. Companies, if choose,
can send a representative to collect the cards for the
rest of the company members registered for conference.
